If you've spotted an error in the book that we should know about, please fill out the below form. We'll take a look at the problem, and post an appropriate fix/correction for it as soon as possible. But before you fill out the form, you might want to check out our list of known issues.

Found a bug in the book (no, no, I don't mean a robot bug - SHEESH!)? Report it here. We're trying to keep on top of them as best we can, and will post any necessary corrections on the Bug Fixes page. If the bug fix page doesn't have the problem you've found, please use this form to let us know of any new problems we're unaware of.
